DESCRIPTION:Neste workshop vamos aprender a cuidar da pele utilizando manteigas e óleos vegetais biológicos\, assim como plantas e argilas. Sempre gostei de texturas\, aromas\, cremes\, formulas químicas\, e por essa razão entrei no mundo da cosmética seletiva\, mas a preocupação com a saúde e a sustentabilidade\, levou-me a aventurar na área da cosmética natural. Iniciei-me no curso de BIocosmética no IPN (instituto português de naturologia) e\, ao mesmo tempo\, fui fazendo caminhadas no campo para reconhecimento de plantas com quem mais sabe sobre o assunto. Concluí o curso de Formação em plantas aromáticas e Óleos Essenciais da faculdade de farmácia na Universidade de Coimbra e por último um curso de pomadas caseiras com Carmen Garcia!  Trabalhar em sintonia com a natureza\, é utilizar os nossos 5 sentidos\, captando o poder das plantas na manutenção\, saúde e beleza do nosso corpo. \n  \nEN  \nOur ancestors learned to use what nature offers to strengthen and boost the immune system. Come learn how to harness the power of nature and food for your health. \nIn this workshop\, we will learn how to care for the skin using organic vegetable butters and oils\, as well as plants and clays. I am passionate about my work and feel fulfilled “cooking” cosmetics and ointments! I have always been drawn to textures\, aromas\, creams\, chemical formulas\, which led me to enter the world of selective cosmetics. Concerns for health and sustainability led me to venture into the field of natural cosmetics. I started the Biocosmetics course at IPN (Portuguese Institute of Naturopathy) and\, at the same time\, took walks in the countryside for plant recognition with those who know the subject best. I completed the Aromatic Plants and Essential Oils Training course at the Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Coimbra\, and lastly\, a course on homemade ointments with Carmen Garcia! Working in harmony with nature involves using our five senses\, capturing the power of plants in maintaining the health and beauty of our bodies.
